How do I find an account with specific characters?

Open Account Finder, select your game and server, then choose from the character filters available for published stock.

Why is a game showing no accounts?

The catalog is being prepared. A game category is not a promise of available stock. Only published account listings can be ordered.

Where can I check an order?

Your orders are available in My account. The product listing will explain its delivery method and timing.

Can I change an account to another server?

Do not assume an account can be moved between servers. Choose the correct game version and server before you buy.
